Games on KRCW-TV

KRCW-TV, (The CW) will be airing some Viking basketball games this year, starting with the game against the Pilots on Tuesday.

The lineup will be announced soon. All games will still be streamed on ESPN+.

The George Fox game will be replayed on KRCW this Sunday at noon.

Same channel that inked a big deal with UP last month and will run 6 Winterhawks games (like they’ve done the last few years). Interesting, and was doubting they’d serve PSU this way.

The odd part is that one of the UP soccer games already got moved to KOIN. So that seems to be an option if a team catches fire.

One reason I bring up the Winterhawks is that this channel used to carry more games. So it’s kind of interesting the downsizing of that, leaving the impression they were getting out of sports, and then this suddenly.

If I understand correctly, KOIN will also run the 6A HS championship.

EDIT- currently, they’re broadcasting the internet feed of Linfield’s playoff game.
