Wishing Dev the best of luck in the NBA draft tomorrow. I've seen interviews online in regards to a few of his workouts. From what I've read he's had a few strong showings.

There is also an interesting article on the Pacers forum that sounds encouraging.

Good luck Dev, Thanks for all you have done for us. Here's hoping for another WILDCAT in the NBA.

I think it is better for Davion to slip out of the draft than to be one of the last few picks. If he doesn't get drafted he can field multiple offers to attend summer camp and league. He can go after the best fit for him and his game. I would rather see him go to a team that needs a shooter, than to see him buried in the D-league. I don't think a team would convert him to play PG. He does handle the ball well, just not sure he has the speed to be an NBA PG.

I agree with you on the benefits to being undrafted. I read somewhere there were just as many undrafted rookies that suited up as those who were drafted (15). That said not being drafted certainly isnt necessary the end all.

I personally think Berry can play PG in the right system. If you're comparing his speed to starting point guards like Westbrook, Irving, Wall I see the concern. However as a back up, I look at guys like Andre Miller, Steve Blake, Stuckey, Earl Watson, Beno Udirh, Calderone, etc. who were all serviceable backups despite being far from track stars. Dev plays at different paces which makes his speed effiecent.
