Great win for Viks. Two five-second inbound violations and silly misses on fast-break opportunites were only drawbacks in a good effort on the road. Tucker and White were huge for Viks. This looked like the Vik team that beat USC. Looking forward to next week`s home games.

Portland State played a very good game, except for the last 5 minutes. A sloppy finish to an otherwise good performance. To me, Tucker was the MVP of the game; guarding much taller players and hitting that mid-range jumper. A lot room of for improvement, but road wins are big. Go Viks!

While it pains me that we still can't deliver the knockout blow (up 17 with 11 minutes to go, then we need to knock down free throws to win), any conference win on the road is a great win.

And now to see what team will show up at home versus EWU this week. This team has the talent to knock off EWU, but if the PSU team that we saw last time at home against NAU shows up, this could be a bloodbath.
