What a great game. ISU was scary....we don't have a great shot of beating UM in their place, but it's nice to see the Eags still in te post-season. :thumb:

I'm no bball guru (football is my main sport) but I feel like we've been playing our best bball all season the last few games. Hopefully we can continue to peak at the right time! ISU looked to have played a very, very good game. And beating a team three times in one season is no easy task.

Nope, can't make it to Missoula. But I'd be there in Odgen if you guys didnt screw it up for Weber! :thumb:

The box score for the game gave the attendance at 1523, I had guessed 3000. There was a big student crowd, it had been announced at the last game that 700 would get in free for this first tournament game , but I thought some organization had purchased the tickets for the students? Toward the end of the game the noise level was the highest I have heard at Eastern in the last five years.

Portland State is killing MSU right now, up by 20. Looks like we will be facing the Griz on Tuesday.

What a great game today! The crowd was one of the best of the year, definitely the loudest! This team is playing well, ISU hit a ton of 3's today, and Eastern still pulled it out, it was a good win. Colimon has been rock solid all year and Laron played great. Today was Forbes best game of the year, he hit some big time shots and played great! Kelly and Chiverton didn't have their typical games so it was nice to see Forbes play well.

Onto Missoula, I like our matchup against the griz, they are good, but they are beatable, we were in, and had a chance to beat them in both games. I think we are more athletic than the griz and if we shoot well from outside, watch out. The eags will come in confident with nothing to lose, it should be a great game.

Looking forward to a good game on tuesday.

It was WAY closer to 3,000 than 1500.

Kalm, you making the drive?

I've thought about it, but it would require some serious coordinating with the kids and such. I'll let you know if we do.
