Griz Assistant Arrested for Second DUI

"Hopefully it will not turn into a distraction...", you mean they haven't fired the dumb sh-t? Quite the example, quite the program they have up there.
 
He pleads not guilty to the charges...

Police said they found Marso passed out behind the steering wheel of his pickup truck with the motor running in the drive-up lane of a fast food restaurant at about 4 a.m. Saturday.

Marso refused to provide a breath sample, but failed a number of field sobriety tests, police said.

UM athletics director Jim O'Day released a statement Monday saying school officials will monitor the case as it goes through the court system.
