Griz video

I hope that once we have a jumbotron, the athletic department comes up with something cool like this. I think it really helps to amp up the crowd.

I would shorted the video, so its only about 1:30-1:45 long, and I would make the ending very dramatic. The ending of the Griz Nation video kinda leaves me deflated. I want something big, and energetic, that the team can come running out on to get the crowd energized and amped for a game.
 
I was thinking the same... Figured they would have had Monte coming out on the bike to end it or something big like that.
 
By searching YouTube for other Griz videos, you can find one that somebody recorded and it shows how the entrance is done. Pretty much, the video ends, and then smoke blows out of the inflatable helmet, and the team comes running out behind the cheerleaders and waving flags.
 
Man, I was at the store last night, saw a college-aged kid wearing a Griz sweatshirt, and felt a hateful stirring inside me...

Yeah, I'm excited for the jumbotron. Heck, I'd be excited for a minitron as long as we finally got some replay videos. The new scoreboard should really add to the game experience.

I've seen a few here, you see them with the shirt and you just stop walking for like 2 seconds look back and then keep walking

this kid in one of my classes is always wearing something to do with NAU, kinda weird, I guess all fan bases have fans in far distances
 
I always liked the Ducks videos, which always ends with "the pick" (the most famous play in UO football history and the one that got them the Rose Bowl bid that launched the team's modern resurgence http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M43abqKYUAw) and then the mascot rides in on his motorcycle followed by the cheerleaders and the team with the band played "Mighty Oregon." Always gets me riled up, I wish PSU could do the same.
