I know fall camp hasn't even started yet, but I'm too excited. So, lets see everyone's predictions for this season's starting roster.

OFFENSE
QB: Mike Hoke
C: Tyson Tiatia
OT: Tytan Timoteo
OT: Caleb Turner
OG: J.C. Oram
OG: Jinii Timoteo
TE: Tyrell Francisco
RB: Josh Booker
FB: Tanner Hinds
WR: Austin Raught
WR: Eric Walker

The only real questionmarks here are in the skill positions, because WSU returns its entire starting O-line from last season. There are several other tailbacks and receivers that will definitely see time, but I think these guys get the starting nod come Week 1.

DEFENSE
CB: David James
CB: Antwain Stutson
S: Blake Keller
S: Tony Epperson
LB: Nick Webb
LB: Maurice Neal
LB: Anthony Morales
DT: Adam Sagapolutele-White
DT: Ryan Eastman
DE: Trevor Pletcher
DE: Pete Rolf

The secondary is where things get sketchy. James is the only one who has seen significant time and Stutson, Keller, Epperson and Kela Marciel have only seen limited time. The defensive linemen are all locks except at defensive end, where the Wildcats have lots of depth, but no clear-cut starters.

Agreed? Or not? Lets hear it...

At TE I think its a toss up between Francisco and Jankowski. Jankowski played well starting last year. Regardless of who starts, I think they will split time.

I think Bowers, not Rolf, will start at DE, and Diamond, not Stutson, at CB. Also, Epperson is more of a LB. I look for Okwuonu, Henry, or Higgins to start at S with Keller. Keller is very experienced. He's a Sr. and started all 11 games last year. I really think the secondary will be good. James is a stud, Diamond is young but will be good, and Keller is solid. As a whole, I think the defense has the potential to be very good.

I think we have the ingredients for a really exciting season, defense has a chance to be downright nasty, and that O line will have the potential to play some smash ball. Good times ahead, and I think we will be 2-0 after USU Game. GO 'CATS

That O-line has me very excited. I think they are going to make Mike Hoke and whoever carries the ball look very good. Smashmouth football indeed...

I believe the O line returns in tact:) The D line now has some much needed depth; look for greater pressure on the QB with the healthy return of Eastman, and more quickness off the edge. The three linebackers are certified head hunters. Secondary will step up, they have to.

Everyone is concerned with the skill positions, don't worry, they will bring the bacon home this year. :)

For the most part I agree with your lineup. I don't know if Rolf will start at the end, even though he really improved throughout last season and is coming back in great condition. Like other posters have said, Weber is really deep at that position. Also, there might be some changes in the secondary, but I like what I see.

As for offense. I'm thinking Jankow will be the starter. Tyrell will get time, but Jankow was solid last year. I wouldn't doubt seeing a bigger receiver play in the slot too. Also, I'm not sure if Hinds will be a FB, he has to much talent as a Tailback to be a FB. But who knows.

I'm really excited for our lines. The OL will be good for a few years to come. Our backups could start for a number of Big Sky teams (Land, Rasmussen, Ragnosson, Carrington, and Joel are solild backups).

Wildcat 100 you are right!! I'm not very worried about our skill positions. At QB, I'm not worried in the slightest. Hoke is going to do an incredible job. I think he is going to shock the Big Sky. Booker already proved his abilities last season. At receiver we are really deep. Opposing defenses wont be able to focus on one or two guys. Hoke will be able to spread the ball around. 4-8 different guys will be getting passed to each game. Finally, Adamcyk (sp?) will be able to come in for special plays and be a huge danger. Both QBs can run, pass, and led. I'm really excited for this team.

The Sky overlooked Weber in 08, I'm thinking they are making the same mistake in 11.
