...to Special Teams Coordinator/TEs Coach Jeremy LaPan!
He seems a bit young for a coordinator, but I will NOT complain about that given the outstanding success his kickers (and, by implication, those protecting them) had this past season. Also to be praised for his work with the outstanding tight ends, notably Marshel Martin. By being so good at such a young age, he must be fun to be around, which is always a plus when dealing with such a small unit.
