Hauck leaving?

I think Hauck will be gone in a couple of days. He's a heck of a coach and will move on to the next level. Wouldn't it be funny if they gave the Griz O coordinator the head coach position? Griz Nation would riot in the streets.

Regarding Kramer... Not sure what kind of a move that is for him. Idaho is lik 1-A(b) rather than 1-A. ;-) With Dennis leaving, I'm not sure that he's taking over a program that has much going for it. Maybe he has Idaho ties, not sure...

Idaho is Kramer's alma mater and he grew up less than 75 miles from there in SW Washington.

I knew Erickson would leave Idaho the first chance he got. He did the same thing over at Wyoming in 1986 when he got the Wazzu job.

Once a weasel is always a weasel!!!!!!!!!!!

You guys were better off without him. What was he? 6-6?

still don't know why ASU wanted Erickson, it's a no-win situation, he could either plumit and get nowhere with the devils, or deliver results, and then leave again

Yea, He went 6-6 in his only year at Wyoming (1986).

With his track record, I think he'll win. He doesn't always put the best character on the field, but he more often than not puts a winner on the field.

I can still remember when he took OSU to the Fiesta Bowl... The OSU defense was punishing and taunting Notre Dame. The Irish actually looked scared out there...

A TV station in Boise is sticking by a story that Kramer has accepted an offer at Idaho. There's some radio rumors that Idaho is having second thoughts after the latest lawbreaker problems in the Bobcat program. Here's betting that signatures are already on paper, making things messy.

Thanks for the update.

What's the consensus from Idaho supporters about Erickson leaving? Expected, or like having the rug pulled out from under them?

Boise State fans are loving this... under the no-love-lost principle.

I think most Idaho fans thought that he'd been too far around the bend to do what he'd always done, so they figured he'd stick around. So much for that theory. I detect surprise, but not shock, so to speak.

I agree, everyone knew it would happen
