Utah State, with the help of a powerful state legislator and Aggie fan, got the Utah Legislature to kick in $1.5 million to help pay the full cost of attendance stipend to Aggie athletes. If I'm Weber State's president/AD, I'm on the phone to my local Ogden reps right now.
