• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.
  • Hi Guest, want to participate in the discussions, keep track of read/unread posts and more? Create your free account and increase the benefits of your eGriz.com experience today!

Thanks for the continued support. Cheers!

Hersh interview on the Tao of Sports podcast

FINALLY! Someone with a heart-brain and vision. He gets it!! Portland leadership cannot see what this man from Philadelphia can see: The forest for the trees. Thank goodness he's also lived here for seven years. We need this East Coast mental toughness and depth of belief. Torre was wise to establish this relationship.

David Hersh makes beautiful economic sense. After hearing this podcast, I trust him implicitly. He knows of what he speaks: He sees it, believes it and, I believe, is able to achieve it.

He's echoing the same themes we have talked about on this forum: the quality and value of the gameday experience, respect and value for the fan. I love his nuances and insights about complimentary tickets and matching the experience and quality of, say, the Winterhawks. His reason-based optimism is infectious.

One of the best things I noted about Nigel Burton was his experience at South Florida and how the growth experience there is transposable to the growth here. Thank you for sharing this. Great find.

Yes Broadway. Great comments and a good find. Just adds to my belief things are looking up. Hey you know the old saying...It's always most dark right before dawn...
