For what it's worth I've been told that he gets a ton of grief from the athletic dept including the coaching staff on the S-R's coverage, or perceived lack thereof which is laughable.

Fact is S-R's #1 & #2 sports priority is GU hoop & WSU fball, GU is a Top 10 program and WSU is Top 25. If it wasn't for the S-R we'd have NO coverage. S-R, like other papers around the country, are struggling to make ends meet.

Just moved from Seattle to Chicago, if it wasn't for Ryan & the S-R I'd have to rely. on national sites that focus on FCS football

I love the Spokesman coverage. Not sure what clawman is upset about. None of our guys got drafted, which is the buzz right now. They covered our pro day and just put up an article on Allen Brown less than a week ago.

Agreed ... we get a lot more ink then in the past...this is the slow season and we take what we can get. Heep up the good work S-R!
