Hey Vic, they killed my bear!

Ya, when we were standing watching fans run on the field celebrating my wife yelled, "there is your bear". It was being thrown around the crowd in pieces. I said "naw who would have ripped it out from under the Jeep?" When we got back to the Jeep, sure enough there was only a leg left, someone had ripped it apart and took it into the stadium. I was just having a little fun but I guess someone took exception to that.
Low class

Come on, all fun and games! But my question is... who ripped it from under the jeep? A pissed griz fan before the game started or an ecstatic ewu fan when they were about to win? BTW, it wasn't a students stuffed bear...more like an Eagle Booster's. Anyhow, it's funny how it was torn apart and students were keeping the stuffing as a memento. Go Eags!

Clawman,

Your bear was an absolute classic, I was parked right next to you in my truck. Everyone was stopping to take photos (including myself), loved it. We went back out to the vehicles for some drinks at halftime and the bear was still there, we saw a griz fan trying to take the shirt off of the bear, but we stopped her, haha. We went back to the game after half and about midway into the 4th quarter, 2 EWU students came down the aisle with the bear and they had taken it from under your jeep. They were standing about 2 rows in front of us when they came back, just above the student section. After we scored the go ahead touchdown they ripped the head off and it was history from there. The bear was a classic...nice job...

Re-watched the broadcast and towards the end the camera pans the student section, and you can see one legless bear preparing to be ritually murdered to appease the football gods. At least it died for a good cause. Also, welcome apple to the board. Good work if that was you perpetrating bear murder.

FrontFive4Life,
I did notice the Bear with one leg gone at the end of the game, I cracked up :D :D :D . I didn't kill the Bear, however Thursday after practice, I noticed a Jeep th its left front tire on the "Damn Big Stomach of the Bear"(BELLY)  :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: After the practice, our Players attempted to pull the Bear from under the wheel, probarbly, to help save his pain. ;) ;) ;)

I have looked at the Recording of the Game now about 6 times, and each time I see it, it looks better. ;) ;)

That Score Board looks "Outstanding", personnel should be complemented. I didn't see any problems with the board or the operational, with the exception of T.O.L which is not their fault, there is a little LED light that will be ready for ND Game this weekend. Our "D" couldn't stop the run, however when they needed to, they got the job done. Vic

apple2012,
Welcome, you will see and hear funny things on our blog. Some things may make you mad/happy, we all do this in fun. Something to do and follow our "TEAMS". I did see the Bear in the replay of yesterdays game. I did record the game while I was there watching the game. I have watched it about 6 times now. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: . Again welcome. Vic Wallace

I'm an CA in one of the residence halls on campus. My neighbors are in possession of the bottom half of your bear. Had to fight off a whole crowd for the trophy and have the battle scars to prove it.

Yep...outstanding work on the bear. I took a picture of it Friday night as well. :notworthy:
