With the defense not allowing much, the offense took advantage. Higgins hit Tim Toone on a 10-yard touchdown pass early in the second quarter, and then was a little fortunate when his pass later in the quarter intended for Kamana Kaimikaua was bobbled by Kaimikaua and went straight into Bo Bolen's hands. Bolen caught the ball at the 3-yard line and made a tremendous effort to cross the goal line.

"Does that count as a touchdown pass?" Higgins said. "That was a crazy play and it's cool that luck was on our side. Finally."
 
Cam was sooo close to getting an 80 yard TD to Toone at the start of the 3rd...ARGH, it was there. Oh well great game by the Cats.
