Over the last 4 games Hill is averaging 10 points, 8.25 rebounds, and 2.25 blocks, while shooting 57% from the floor. Could it be that he is beginning to develop into the player that many have hoped for?

He'll become my favorite player if he does. He looks the part. Now he just has to continue acting the part. I've had less criticism for him the past couple of games. The only reason I criticize him is because I love him, and so badly want him to tear ____ up. He's on the right track now.

Yes, Hill is playing with a lot more confidence, and his skill set has improved a lot since he got here.

In fact all of the big men in our program over the past 10 years seem to have improved tremendously from their freshmen year to their senior year. HMMMM, maybe they need to fire the whole staff and get themselves a big man coach. Food for thought!

I have always wondered why Garside hasn't ever done a story on Hill. I know that he was heavily recruited as a football player out of Houston but why did he chose basketball instead.
I hope that he continues to play well because he is a freak athlete and I think he compliments Bolomboy really well when they are both on the court.

We did have a coach. Phil Beckner ring a bell? He was a player developer at its best. In fact he was so good Damian still trains with him in the off season and he found his way out of weber over to Nebraska.

Olds you have to admit Hill would disappear for stretches of game last yr. Soft D and little to no addition on the offensive end. We could use a coach who can teach the inside to be tough as nails. Hill is now good, and can be great. We will see how the season plays out.

I am excited for the rest of the season, but I am alot less nervous about next year without Joel. Hill is becoming a force on his own. He sowed some nastiness tonight.

Hill was awesome last night. 7/7 from the floor, 7/8 from the FT line (two in crunch time). This goes along with 6 boards.
He is becoming a nice spark plug off the bench.

that was exciting game with hill. wow. 2 dunks, 2 swats, 21 pts. if hill plays this way we have 3 guys unstoppable. there would be no way for another sky team to host this year. we would have a nice home court for increasing our chances of getting to the big dance. plus wsu owes us extra home games after these lame home ooc games this yr.

Your joking right Catcat? In case you have missed the threads and rants, Reno is hosting the tournament. You are right in that no one else has a chance to host.

One is coming soon.

I've been waiting for this since the 1st PnW game I saw him in, I really didn't think it was gonna happen. Please keep it up another year-and-a-half and finish with a nice breakout career.
