Hooker Named Pre-Season MVP

North Dakota's Quinton Hooker was named pre-season MVP by the Big Sky today. They won't get any argument from Bengal fans --Hooker played well, including a triple double, in the Hawks' three game sweep of ISU last year.

The Big Sky has long been known as a guards league and apparently that's not going to change this year. All six spots on the pre-season all conference team went to guards, including ISU's Ethan Telfair.
