Drove by the stadium today and noticed that the entire press box…is gone. Didn’t know they were making upgrades. Anyone know the scoop?

Thanks for the photo. We noticed they had a budget to replace the old press boxes due to wood rot etc from weather.
Excited to see a beautiful new press box go in as I imagine it will look amazing
Please send up photos during construction process if you happen to regularly pass through campus, us alumni that don’t live in SAC any longer would enjoy seeing updates.

Drove past the stadium today. Nothing yet going up to replace the press box
But the 7 new resident halls down the street from the stadium look beautiful. Great
to have a school with 3,200 students now living on campus.

Sac State New Placer Campus finished fundraising today I read. Could serve an additional 30K students at that campus,
It’s clearly going to take years to build the facilities but this is the growth in student population that could double the budget for Football via the student referendum that saved football long ago from demise.
Indeed if we have even 50,000 students we will have a budget to play Mtn West or some future BigSky FBS spin-off.
The future looks BRIGHT for Sac State Football!!!
