I'm sorry I didn't have time to pick up our outstanding guys in the NFL today.
During this past weekend's semifinal games, Saskatchewan d. B.C. 24-21 (no Hornets) and Montreal d. Hamilton 19-16.
Portland State QB Davis Alexander led the way on offense; I'm not posting stats because he's not a Hornet. Hamilton was led by EWU QB Bo Levi Mitchell; same for him. QB2 McLeod Bethel-Thompson rode the bench again.
LBer Darnell Sankey recorded 10 tackles.
Next week, Saskatchewan (13-6) will host Montreal (12-8) in the 112th Grey Cup. Here's hoping MBT and Sankey bring it home for Sac State.
