Other than the rediculous start time at 2:05, the game was both frustrating and exciting. I just hope they dont make the same mistakes against Weber State, they will most definately capitalize on those that SOU failed to. I was surprised to see the overall yardage so high, I tend to just enjoy the game and forget about the stats while watching.

The game seemed all herky-jerky, no pun intended. Start/stop, no rhythm. Big Sky teams are going to scorch our secondary. We turned the corner on the run alot, again BSC teams will be much quicker and will close that advantage. Would like to have more confidence of MBT throwing the ball downfield accurately. Lack of scorcing in second half, inability or did we just want to give Gamboa some reps?

Granted, it was basically our 2nd and 3rd teamers playing the whole game, but without Washington's hat trick the game would have been 27-23. SOU should be proud, they played very well.

The play by Washington on Ali was simply amazing.
