• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

How to salvage season

Fix to's and we are good to go.
Turnovers on the season: -9
we are 2-3 and 1-2 in conf

at this point last yr we were -5
we are 2-3 though we played 2 FBS. We were 2-1 in conf
we lost this same week (MSU at home) then finished winning 5 of last 6 conf games.

in 2008 at this week we were +3
we were 4-2 and 2-0 in conf
we had even played 2 FBS but also had to non DI's.

The biggest problem the last two seasons has been TO's. Granted, poor play calling doesn't exactly help things.

Hold onto the ball and the Cats probably have four or five more W's over the past two years.

Turn Overs are key!

Weber still has a chance to get back into the conference, with some help. The Cats control their own destiny. Yes eliminating the TOs are necessary for the Cats, but the biggest issue is putting together a complete game. If Weber can get their confidence back and win some games they can end up in the midst of the conference race. Weber just have to take care of business every week.

thru week 6 i am not overly impressed with any big sky team. they are all beatable. there is no one dominant team. the rest of our schedule will be tough but every game is winnable. if our team puts it together we can win any remaining game including texas tech. even the bc game looking back we could have won. our '08 team would have smoked them.
