I am a WSU Basketball Fan!

Lets face it. At Weber State University, basketball rules. Other sports are OK, but if you allow yourself to become too attached, they'll just break your spirit. Basketball is here now, and I am more than ready for it. I'll still follow and attend otrher functions, but they don't have my heart like basketball does.

Wednesday is the Purple/White team introductions. The following week we get the exhibition games. The great thing about these two events is that we get to see everyone play, including those who will red shirt. Be prepared for things to look a little ragged. They always do. You don't reaaly prepare for these events and playing against yourself is problematic on a lot of levels.

this thread is in no way a dis to the football team but hoops has always been our #1 sport. we can be good in both but wsu bball is money in da big sky. :nod:

Wednesday has been a day I have been looking forward to since the day I heard Lillard would miss the rest of the season. Can not wait to see the new and improved Lillard and of course the new guys.

Our basketball team lately has been just has heartbreak as football, we win the sky 2 years in a row, lose in agonizing fasion to both MSU and UM, and last year Damion goes down and we finish 3rd place.

Weber State has become the heartbreak University
