The team that is tied with our vaunted Wildcats is making the trip to Montana this weekend. It is in Weber’s best interest that PSU be defeated in both road games. Therefore, I find myself in the most uncomfortable situation of being forced to cheer for the grisly um basketball team. I have no problem cheering on MSU, except when they are playing Weber, but if all of the grisly um teams could lose every game, I would be a happy man.

Having said that, as much as it pains me, I am willing to take one for the team. So I will go on record and say that, along with a pair of Wildcat victories over the pukes from Pocatato, I am looking for both the Bobcats and the grisly um basketball team to defeat PSU this week.

If you guys could only know how painful that was for me…

Oh I know... I share your sentiments! UM = WT!! As for the Bobcats... Yeah, I don't mind cheering for them (mostly because of how classy and fair Old Skool Cat is). Didn't the Grizzpukes get mad at Weber for reinstating etuati? Aren't they doing the same thing with their point guard?

No, it's completely different. You see, Bryant Eteuati played football at Weber, which was not their school, and Ceylon Elgin-Taylor plays basketball at ... um ... wait a second ... you are right, it is almost exactly the same thing. Who would have ever expected a grisly fan to use a double standard?

The two biggest differences are that Peanut was a much better player on a much better team than the hyphenated guy from um, and Peanut has a much better nickname than the hyphenated dude.

What the crap?!? Are you kidding? When did Wildcats become Montana State fans? MSU and WSU have had some classic fights between them in the past (in the 1960's their fans attacked our football team). No No No... Yes, I do prefer the bobcats to grizztrash, but both teams are definitely rivals. Don't forget we owe MSU one... We could be undefeated!

Hey, did I hear someone call my name? We would love to help you guys out this weekend and hang a loss on the PSU Vikings this weekend, however, I just don't see it happening for a couple of reasons. One of my biggest fears coming into this season is starting to become realized, and that is that we have such a young team that we don't have any leaders on the roster. We have played very poorly over the past couple of weeks, and there just isn't anybody on the MSU roster that can put the team on his back and carry them through the tough times. Second, the powers that be had the complete and utter ignorance of scheduling the MSU/PSU on Super Bowl Sunday! We will have next to nobody at the game. Altitude has picked this as their Big Sky Game of the week and will be televising it as well, but again, with the Super Bowl pre-game, nobody will be watching.

We have a big game tonight against EWU, as we are sitting very precariously at the 6th place position and EWU comes in at 7th. We need a win and try to hang on being in that top 6 so we can get into the Big Sky conference tourney. If we can pick up a split this weekend I will be happy; a sweep and I will be ECSTATIC! PSU at Montana tonight; damn the griz - they are starting to gel and have a real shot at winning this game. Weber State vs. Idaho State - WOW, big game for you guys tonight. ISU is tough this season and you gotta play them in Pokey. Tough one to pick; I am going with you guys by 7 points. Sac. State vs. Northern Colorado - Bears pick up an easy win.

Good luck tonight, Purple Pack!

The Bobcats host the grisly um basketball teamon Saturday, so since we need um to lose now, we will again be cheering for the Bobcats on Saturday. It worked last week, so let's do it again...

Thanks for the support! We do much better against the griz when we are at home in the friendly confines of the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse, but UM always scares me. They always have our number for some friggin' reason. Plus, they are playing exceptionally well right now. Their guard, Anthony Johnson, is playing as well as anybody in the conference right now, and as a team they have really started to gel. Bobcat fans will pack the Brick Saturday night and be loud, but this game is gonna be ugly and close. Bobcats by 5.

Well the Bobcats didn't beat PSU and WSU just to lose to the Griz at home...

Man, I hope not! But there's not too many teams in the conference better than the Bobcats at blowing golden opportunities.

NAU?
UNC?
Both teams have done a wonderful job this year giving up big leads and losing.

I hope that the Bobcats can pound the Griz this weekend. If the Bobcats play some good defense, then I think they can pull it off.

Grizzlies are a terrible road team, they are 2-8 on the road this year, and only one of those wins was a conference game.
