I have a local business that is interested in at least checking out the prospect of setting up shop. Can those of you in the know post all good and relevant articles/websites that I can then email to this business? Thanks!

Are you asking about a business leasing the storefront that will be part of the expansion?

The articles probably won't have any information on this sort of thing. I'd probably tell the businessman to contact Chaves and let him know his interest. There aren't likely a lot of people who have any specifics as of yet. Might as well go to the horses mouth.

At this point he just wants to know what exactly I'm talking about, see the mock up, and read. Basically get a feel for what the atmosphere is going to be. I'll give him Chaves' info as well.
