Just got back from watching Vancouver Vs Salem in IBL basketball. Wish I would have gone earlier this year because this was a fun brand of basketball, but this was the last regular season game of the season. 22 second shot clock and very competitive games. Will have to look into earlier next year.
Vancouver Volcanoes had Andre Murray, Tiefenthaler, and JR Moore. Salem Soldiers had Dominguez, Phil Nelson, Lozeau, Tapscott, and Dane Johnson.
Read up on the league a little more when I got home and found some interesting things. Taspscott leads league in scoring and rebounding, Murray is 2nd in scoring, and Dane Johnson leads league in assists.
JD had one game where he went for 45 points, making 12 of 13 from three point range!
Looks like the IBL will send an all-star team to play in the LA summer pro league. It's hard to see an all-star team without Murray and Tapscott, so this could be a good opportunity for these guys.
