Idaho to announce today its return to Big Sky

...for all sports but football, according to Brian Murphy of the Idaho Statesman.

The Idaho Vandals will announce a Football Bowl Subdivision independent football schedule for 2013 later today and will move its other sports programs to the Big Sky in 2014-15, the Idaho Statesman has learned.

Idaho will be a very welcome addition to the Big Sky and this is very exciting news! We'll be rivals with them once again. And so will EWU and Montana. We should be able to beat Idaho in all of the minor sports. I've been waiting for this day to come for a long time!

Idaho just gave up over 820 yards of offense against Louisiana Tech and got beat 70-21.

These guys need to wake up and understand the realities of playing FBS football and get back to the Big Sky where they belong.
