I have a feeling Eastern will play well today. The problem is the defense is so rotten that it’ll require Eastern outscoring Idaho, and I’m not sure we can do that. Until we can D someone up, winning is going to be hard. Even if we get run out, I just dont want to see a play like UC Davis’ 90 yard TD when we couldn’t even line up properly.

Yup. They haven't gotten a single red zone stop this season. Pretty telling.
 
Lol…. Horrific defensive effort.

I’d lose my mind as a coach if I saw some kid celebrating like he won the lottery when he makes a play only to give up a first down on the very next by getting burned.

FWIW, can anyone remember the last time we ran a blitz and actually got home with a sack?

I think our offense can definitely keep up with theirs.
