Any intel on what Idaho will be losing as their # of scholarships will drop significantly from FBS to FCS?

Idaho's Chances in 2018

Pretty sure Idaho has the reduction in scholarships covered. They hardly ever carried maximum amount of scholarships anyway with FB players always leaving do to a number of reasons. Watched the spring game wasn't too impressed. Their OL is horrible, don't know a lot about it they don't move like our OL, thats just comparing how Coach Best and Buitarack coach our lineman. I just hate the Vandles, I graduated there my dad, got his docterate , my daughter got her docterate there, I retired from there and I hate their football team, just too many bad experiences with the players over the years when I was a fireman.Love the Eagles and every thing about the school, and am glad my youngest chose to go there! Hope they get a rude awakening, their fans are horrible, dilusional,and arrogant.They think they are in the SEC. Anyway good luck Eagles I love watching how the gyes play!!

I would just like the new AD, by the way I think she is excellent, Research and study the evolvement of the Boise State Bronco's from the Bjc in 1961 where my dad attended after retireing from the Army,to a 4year college,to a 1-AA university , to a Fbs mid major powerhouse. A powerhouse football program, leads to crazy acidemic growth, and a vibrent student population. University of Idaho is the land grant univesity for research in Idaho. Over the past 20 years BSU has used its success on the football field to take academic programs from U of I, the only common denomenator to BSU's growth in Acedemics and Idaho's decline, is the football program. I have long been amaized at how Eastern has been so sucessfull without a lot of money. It reminds me of growing up in a small 8 man football town, playing with old equipment no money, and being the State campions everyone was afraid to play physically and mentally. To me this is just like a cabanit shop you have to grow or die. Their is smart groath investing in what you absoulately have to have , by purchasing production machines that earn their way,or sometimes we have to compromise and don't get everything we want. We just can't forever make a profit with 40 year old equipment. Something needs to be done and if anyone can do it it's the new AD working with
