Impressed and not so.. WNMU game

Richardson and Tresnak look really good for True F. We need Tresnak because of lack of depth in the Frontcourt.
Richardson can run the point and has great vision and control one of if not the best passer on the team. He knocked down a 3 yesterday and has a nice looking shot. I love the idea of him at the point and Lillard at the 2. We saw alot of that yesterday. Other than when Jordan got picked for a steal at halfcourt and a really bad forced shot airball in the paint he looked good yesterday.
Davis and Fulton I have yet to be impressed by. I expected more from Redshirt F. I really hope they come into their own as they get more playing time. I can't wait to see Porter and Bamforth once ready. I wish we had them both for this Sarurday.
I just don't see how Bullinger is going to get much time at the 3 with Rich running the point more than we initially thought, and especially when Porter and Bamforth are playing. The team seems to be shooting the 3 better than at the first of last season, and that's without our starting 2. I'm not sure if we are ready
for Logan, but should be fun anyways.

The only thing that really frustrated me yesterday, was the lack of concentration for about 10mins in the second half. The team can't lose focus. When that happened, the Cats let WNMU back into the game. I agree with Skeeter...Davis and Fulton haven't been overly impressive yet. I'm sure we will see good things from them. It was really nice seeing Fulton hit a couple buckets and cut down on the TO's. Its nice knowing he has a nice outside shot, he will be able to extend the defense. Davis doesn't look like he has the greatest offensive game, but he is a hell of a hard worker. He never gives up and works his tail off. That can be said of the entire team.

I was disappointed in Morris. 7 TO's is not acceptable for a SR big.

As for next week...I'm sure Bamforth will be ready to go. He was shooting before the game and was dressed, those are both good signs. However, i think Bull is playing great. He has two double-doubles on the young season and is adjusting to a new position. What will be nice is having more depth at the 3. I don't see Davis getting as much time, but then again, he is a freshman.
