Good to see the new coach being proactive and raising awareness and funds for the program.

Greetings from Sacramento State Baseball. The baseball team is filled with excitement as we enter a new era in our program’s evolution. With a brand new coaching staff and one of the nation’s top rated recruiting classes, we feel now is the time for our baseball program to reach new heights.

We invite you to join us and share in our excitement on Jan. 7, 2011, when we will be hosting the inaugural Hornet Baseball Diamond Dinner.

There is a flier linked in the Hornetsports article. $100 a person for a four course meal with wine. It will be held at the Arden West Hilton Grand Ballroom. RSVP by December 29th. (They will have to work on the timing. This close to Christmas means most people will be low on funds to fork over to the program. :? )

Recruiting class ranked 50th nationally, not bad in his first full year. We should be as strong as Fullerton or Fresno in baseball, the Sac valley is a baseball hotbed.
