Perfect opponent to face with guys needing to rest up. ISU may throw it a lot, but they're still not that good. Our offense will score more than enough points to win it. If we punt more than once with Adams under center, I will be surprised.

From what I've heard, two of them are done for the season.

Crap! This is so turning in to a trap game . . .with just drubbing UM and MSU on the horizon they could definitely be overlooking these guys and one thing I know for sure is never underestimate Kramer. Plus with the injury issues not good.

Baldwin will keep them focused.

No trap game here. The freshman safety will get more snaps with 1st team D this week and McDonald should step up with a little leadership to get him positioned correctly on game day. If the D Line is playing very well and putting a lot of pressure on O's right now too. Am looking forward to seeing EWU with a 300 yd rushing day with Forte, Brown, et. al. and VA putting up 350+ to give MSU something to think about down the road.

WTcatfan.
Glad to see you have obtained a ticket for the MSU Game, hope to have an opportunity to meet you. We anticipate a full stadium on that game. It will be nice to have sold out all the games this year, hope this is good omen. Take care. Vic Wallace

Just at Safety:

Tonani: Out for Season
Brown: Out for indefinite period of time.
Raynes: Out for Season.
McDonald: ????

Looks like Weatheroy who came in for McDonald got dinged up too?
Can we catch a break?

Raynes isn't out for the season, according to Jim Allen.

Offensive Line, Debord (hurt versus SUU), Rodgers (hurt versus W. Oregon and hasn't played since).

Linebackers, JC Agen (Montana Game) and it seems like someone else is hurt.

Defensive Line, Wil Katoa (Montana game). Jordan Pulu, not sure if he has played at all.

Starting to look like a MASH unit.

Seems to me that we had some damning injuries late in the 2010 season too. This is the only thing keeping me from an absolute freak out. Our defense is questionable under the best circumstances. Should be interesting to see how the coaches handle this.

Mcdonald, out for season. Broken Fibula.   Get better soon buddy.
“It saddens me to see that happen,” said Baldwin. “He’s a tough-minded young man and he’ll fight back from it. I still expect him to play for us at some point this year.”

Ummm, WHAT? Since when does a broken fibula take a month or less to heal?

It could be just a hairline type fracture. Either way, doesn't sound good.

If it in fact a broken fibula, he won't be playing again anytime soon. I don't think the trainers would have made that determination without an x-ray unless it was really obvious that is was broken.
