Is it me or does Rob Ash make some ?? decisions?

Granted MSU can't pay defense (neither can EWU BTW), but going for it on ht4 down in the 1st qtr plus the two point conversion attempts made no sense to me.

HUGE WIN. A home playoff game or two still there to be had.

The first one was definitely kinda questionable. I am guessing Ash was thinking our run defense is not good and he wanted to avoid us gaining mo early. Definitely backfired.

That call was a joke and half. Any coach outside of Monte,a would not have done that....talk about issue.

2 curiuos calls in the first quarter to go for it on 4th, even if he figures he need to take chances to win the message it sends his team that he has no confidence. The 2pt conversion in the 4th takes the cake, no logical reason. If i am a MSU fan I'm livid.

Questioned him pretty heavily about it after the game. He tried to explain it away. He basically said he knew MSU couldn't stop EWU in any way so what's the difference between giving up a 31-yard touchdown run and a 78-yard touchdown pass? His rationale: EWU is going score no matter what.
