Congrats little Truf!

Great news for him. Watched him play many games for UFL's Las Vegas team(two time UFL champs) and was instrumental in helping them win. Will be looking for him on Sunday to get an int. against Brady!

Last I watched him play was on the Shock's inaugural 2006 Champions team. I have a game ball signed by him and the other EWU players on the roster from that season.

Hell of a ball player. In my early days @ EWU, Isaiah and Jessie (Hendrix) kept the corners locked down tight. Glad to see him finally get to the show. What he lacks in height he more than makes up for in athletic ability and skills. Atta babe!

True that, and he's got some HOPS.

After he was cut by the Jets, he became an Eagle again. :thumb:

UPDATE: On February 3rd, Isaiah Trufant signed with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Additional quotes from Trufant
An EWU alum, Trufant kept a close eye on the Eagles’ success this season.
“I did watch the [Championship] game and that was a great win,” Trufant said. “That was a big win for the Eastern Eagles.”
As for the red turf, Trufant wished he had an opportunity to play on it.
“Truthfully, I would have loved to play on that red turf,” Trufant explained. “It’s better than that Boise turf!”
