I'd like to thank Jon for finding this information.
Things have gone from bad to worse in Poky. ISU coach Jim O'Brien is adding 2011 players still. ISU announced the addition of Vishal Banipal last Wednesday. He will be eligible to play right away, depending on whether or not he was able to enroll into classes at ISU. This doesn't bode well for the Bengal faithful, who are mostly waiting out OB's final season before they can start rebuilding the ISU program, if their team is adding players at this late date. I wish Banipal well, but he doesn't look like he will be an automatic contributor for ISU. He is a sharpshooting guard, who has a decent move to his right that gets him to the rim. To me he needs to work on his speed. He isn't the quickest and he has a slow release (Bengalhater loves that word), and he has a lot of work to do on the defensive side of the ball. He is originally from Alberta Cananda.
