ISU PREGAME FESTIVITIES AT HOLT ARENA

Does this event still happen at Holt Arena before the football games? I found this on the ISU Official Football Website. It says this announcement is from 2010 though which is a long long time ago so I want to know if someone can tell me if this event still goes on because I plan to be making the LONG drive to Pocatello for many football games in the future and want to take in all the fun and festivities possible. Can someone let me know about this?
