I assume that the reference to a college or to "list" is a reference to the other schools from whom they have offers? Any significance to the fact there are no local kids listed?

I wouldn't put much stock in any of the rivals or scout "recruiting lists". -- they typically do a lousy job of covering recruiting at the FCS level. Most of the guys on their lists are FBS level recruits who might mention an ISU offer, but they are most likely going to an FBS school. Most of the kids ISU signs won't show up on these lists.
 
I just seached by ISU offers. It won't be perfect, but it will give us some of the kids ISU is going after...
 
Just to go a little further on what Skippy mentioned about Scout and Rivals. Scout and Rivals will list the player profile and star rank them based on the player talent, etc. The player may indicate their college interests based on their letters from colleges, telephone conversations with coaches, interest in the college, and offers. If a player listed ISU as one of their college choices than more than likely it is because ISU has contacted them or possibly offered them. If a player is a 5 star or a 4 star than they will probably go to a FBS college and never list a FCS college. Sometimes, a 3 star will go to a FBS college and sometimes they will go to a FCS college. The 2 star and the 1 star will normally go to a FCS college or to a lower division college. If you hear about a player visiting ISU and see he has verbally committed to ISU on Scout or Rivals than more than likely he will be a Bengal on signing day. I agree with Skippy about Rivals and Scout not spending too much time on players that may attend a FCS school. Normally, the 2 star and 1 star player will have to notify Scout or Rivals and indicate to them that they have verbally committed or committed to a FCS school so Scout and Rivals can update the player profile. Rivals and Scout are more about tracking and giving publicity to the 5 star and 4 star type of players and sometimes 3 stars.
