• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

It's a win

That game was definitely closer than it should have been.
I'm glad they pulled it out for the win. 5-3 is better than last year, better than the league expected.
The Future is still in our own hands.

Sometimes survival is good enough. On the road next week against a suddenly resilient Portland State. A win guarantees a winning season and keeps playoff hopes alive. One game at a time...

It's funny to read Bobcats message board on their loss. "If only this...we would've won". Yeah, well we dealt with that BS the last 2 games! On the flip side we also had some questionable calls and botched plays yesterday that prevented us from completely blowing them out. Goes both ways and of course a fan sees it from only their teams play and perspectives.

I was impressed with their D the entire game (and TA), but I was more impressed with our D on more crucial plays. Our O played their butts off, but things don't always go your way. It's unreasonable to expect 40+ points and 500 yards of offense every single game to win. This was one of those games we needed our D and they stepped it up and made the key stops when needed to secure the W. All the dudes on the defense have made some incredible plays.

The guys who get overlooked the most, but have also done a great job is our Special Teams. Those guys attack every single play! They're all beasts.

Great job ISU as a TEAM and let's keep it going against PSU. Those guys are on a 3 game win streak so let's do business and put them at 1 game loss streak!
