Jackson to Snow College

LaVaughn Jackson, the Utah RB someone was promoting for Idaho State on this board earlier, is headed to Snow College:

It was reported in a Trib blog last month that ISU did offer him...

LaVaughn Jackson, the running back who was getting a lot of attention for his performances at skills camps over the summer, broke his leg early in the season or would probably be getting more attention. Jackson has offers from Idaho State and Snow College, while Weber State might be close to offering.

God forbid anybody start a thread that ISU missed the boat on this guy... ;)

Looks another RB "waiting for a better offer." It's too bad these kids can't see they would have a great opportunity to be "the man" at ISU.

It also could have indicated that he did not have the grades to qualify. A number of great kids need to go the JC route to get their academics in order. Not saying that is the case with him, but it may have something to do with it.

That's too bad because I met Lavaughn when he was up here. He's a really cool guy and very nice too. I wished he would have come here; I think he could've made an impact.

Oh well...

Hey, you all know who's gonna be the big impact man, right? Kenny Viser, that's right! He's gonna be awesome!
