• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Oldrunner: Any scenario where Tresnak & Hajek could be on the floor together?

I was thinking the same thing. What if we went really big and had Tresnak, Hajek and Mook/Fulton/Mahoney on the floor at the same time? Mook is fast enough to play man to man & I bet if Tresnak manned up the 4 we could really hurt some people in the post and open shots up for Bamforth and Lillard (not that Lillard needs much help). With Fulton/Mahoney we could zone up and have 3 really big guys defensively. Fulton can also hit outside shots on offense and Mahoney is not bad 15 ft and in. Mook can handle the ball well and penetrate.

I would have liked to see some of these combos tried out against Mayville, probably too late to try them out.

He really has taken away some of the sting of losing Bull and Mook. I feel more confident about our chances in the first half of Big Sky play without them a little more every game. To think what Weber can do once they are back at full strength.

I know that Randy has talked a bit about having James and Tres on the floor at the same time. I think that it may have happened once or twice this season. I think that the injuries may have made that a less likely thing to happen. They are both a little prone to committing fouls. Randy may not want them both to get into foul trouble. I like the rotations we have with our bigs right now and they are becoming a lot more aggressive on the rebounding. The O is not hurt by our 3s being out. We have many players who can score and run the offense. Where we are lacking is on the defense and rebounding side. Teams that have bigger 3s are trying to post up with those guys. It will help, a bunch, to get our guys back. :coffee:
