I like the design of the randomized curved-lines coming out of the shaft just below the spearhead. That, to me, looks really ancient and, IMO, should be retained. On the front where the spearhead comes to a point, I feel, however, should have the player's numbers on either side of it, like the NY Giants and Pittsburgh Steelers have.
I would like to try using our cartoon stylized Viking head (Grrrr...!) for the helmet logo this time round. It fits wells with the WAC genre and I'm for us getting ourselves in position to join the WAC. If we move up to the MWC, we can replace it ceremoniously with our old (NE Patriot-styled) Viking helmet logo.
The international environment/sustainability colors are green, blue and white. We have two of those colors sewn up, so I'd like us to bring back (medium) blue as an accent color. Our uniforms need to make a statement about our political values---political fuel for the fire.
