I guess i'm the only one this bothers, I guess all the instate schools told him to take a hike because it doesn't make sense that his comments about wanting his parents to see his games means LSU , Cal, and so forth... and not one of the many instate div, one programs, I'm a little confused I suppose... But not frustrated now that Coach Rahe is in the house for 6-7 more years....Go Wildcats, we'll win without him...

I'm pretty sure Weber and USU would have taken him in a sec. Why not? They both need an experienced center after next season. Hamilton would help make either program dominant, especially Weber. I think hamilton thinks he is to good for Iowa State and probably thinks he is destined to play in the NBA. Who knows, could happen. But in my opinion, its some snobby kid from Utah County that needed an excuse to get out of his commitment, so that he could get more exposure playing in a bigger conference (not that the Big 12 is small). But come on...saying that you want to leave to play closer to home so that your parents can come to your games? He might need to take a geography class...last time I checked Virginia and LSU were 1000s of miles away from Utah, and its at least a 12 hour drive to Cal.

What a little Diva!!

The georgraphy inept Hamilton isn't interested in Cal anymore (the only western school on his transfer options) and is visiting LSU this weekend, and Virginia in two weeks. Maybe Iowa States Geography department is that bad, or he really is just plain STUPID. I guess integrity isn't one of his stronger attributes. Thankfully, he turned down Dave Rose and his "Elite 8" Cougars.
