As a prelude to being named the 2008-2009 Big Sky Conference Most Valuable Player, Mr. McCoy earns the final Player of the Week award for the season.

Isn't it today that we find out all the conference award winners? MVP: McCoy DPY: Daviin Davis FOY: Lillard.

How many fist teamers will we have?

The player awards will be announced sometime today and posted on the BSC website.

I'm looking into my crystal ball. It's not clear; it's purple. Davis won't win Defensive Player of the Year. That will probably go to Mbunga from MSU or Qvale of the grisly um basketball team. Kellen will be the MVP but he may have to share it with that weenie from Mazola. Lillard will be the Freshman of the Year. The weenie will be the Newcomwer of the Year. McCoy and Lillard will both be 1st teamers. Bullinger or Davis will be 2nd teamers, and the other will be Honorable Mention. I think I see Panos' name in there too, but I can't tell where it goes.

I think its outta Davis n Mbunga. Qvale was a weak rebounder for a 6'11" giant.

My purple crystal ball was wrong! Congratulations to Daviin Davis for being named Defensive Player of the Year!
