Great story on OLive from Ken Goe. All of us bemoaning the lack of coverage we get in the metro area should read this. Also, with both the Ducks and Beavers playing in the Bay Area, Goe chose instead to stay home and cover our game against SUU. To me, that speaks volumes.

1. They're anticipating the playoffs; as long as we're in the running they'll cover us.
2. Barneyball and the interim coach is a warm and fuzzy down home story line, rather like high school football.
3. I doubt Goe simply chose to cover the game; it was an editorial decision.
4. We'll get at least another week of coverage - more if we make the playoffs.
