• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

RedditCFB tweeted about the King Spud Trophy, a basketball trophy awarded yearly to ISU or UI. RedditCFB suggests reinstating it for football...

Anybody remember this? The Vandal blog has a link to a 1979 Spokesman Review article, where then ISU coach Lynn Archibald was quoted as not necessarily being a fan of the trophy itself...

...plus, the Bengals surrendered the "King Spud Trophy" with the loss at Idaho. That bothered the Bengals not at all, according to Archibald, who declared: "The trophy should go to the losing team, not the winning one. It's the ugliest thing I've ever seen. The only good thing that happened last weekend was losing it."
