They just showed the UVU highlights before the WSU highlights.... How the heck does that happen... WSU is still the only school still alive for the dance, and they put UVU before WSU???!! I dont get this one.. :willybs: KSL had a nice story from inside the DEC. WOW.....just WOOOOOOW.... :thumbdown:

Once again the slc media refuses to acknowledge the existance of anything north of bountiful.
Gotta say...I'm only going to support KSL from now on. They have lots of stories about Weber and they at least give some effort. pathetic channel 4 can kiss my catcat after I take a bengalhater.
DJ from Talkin Sports is an idiot.... Every time that he has Rahe in studio, he always has to ask Rahe how much longer he will be coaching at weber state, (insisting that a "bigger school" comes calling.) Without fail, he has to ask Rahe... WTF.. why would he ask this during a pre-NCAA game??? What a fool.... Rahe responded like usual, "blessed and fortunate to be coaching at wsu, they gave me a chance 8 years ago. I want to be the coach at wsu until they dont let me. mu family loves it there and I love the players I have." He made DJ look like the idiot he is.... :thumb:
Ahh, I just have one question: what's with the '4' in the subject?? Shouldn't it be 'KUTV 2'? :lol: Reason I'm asking is because I saw a 'abc 4' sports guy shoving his way in on the floor to get an interview with Lillard in the BSC game. I think it's nothing new (except now with UVU) that the SLC TV/Radio media place Weber State last or next to last (if SUU is included) in the pecking order. Most of us are used to it; should be grateful for any crumbs thrown our way (in their minds). Incredible to their news writers (newspaper columns) that WSU can recruit any great players or keep around a great coach for a year or two after noticeable wins. ;-)
And in the other sports news...those "OTHER TOURNEYS"...Utes are in the NIT playing at Saint Mary's...UVU Wolverines are in the NIT playing Cal (there)...USU ? (maybe Stew's CIT friend will come through?)...mention was made on KUTV Channel 2 that it was kind of a slap to Utah (having to play at St.M.) :lol:...nothing on UND yet, maybe CIT? :twocents:

And the local media should be blasting them the way the national sports networks do. I caught this graphic during their conference tourney game with Stanford. I think it speaks for itself, but the announcers were all over it, too.

I guess you can all tell I hate the university of utah (my enmity is equal towards the Y, garbage they got a 10; even though I do feel bad for Kyle Collingsworth, he is out next year too).
On another note, a positive one, I'm really glad that three BSC teams got invites to the CIT. They need to play well and get some wins. Will really help the Sky if they do. If these teams play like they did in the conference tournament then they will probably advance. I've got my fingers crossed for each of them. Good luck and represent the conference well. It is a fun tournament, even if it is "only" the CIT. I loved last year!!

You just can't shake all the "Northerns." Count me as one happy for our BSC teams making the CIT and for their Seniors. I hope they rep the BSC well. GO PSU! GO UNC! GO UND! Most importantly, GO WEBER!
