ISU official release...

Blum will officially be a junior when he takes the opening snap against Arizona State

Kyle Blum now has two years of eligibility.

June 3, 2009

Pocatello, ID --- So much for the thought that only bad things happen in the off-season. Idaho State University head football coach John Zamberlin announced that the NCAA approved ISU's medical hardship waiver request for quarterback Kyle Blum for the 2007 season, meaning Blum will be a junior and not a senior when he takes ISU's opening snap against Arizona State on September 5. Blum will now have two years of eligibility remaining.

This is probably the best news that i have heard in a long time about ISU. I hope they give him the keys to the car to get this thing rolling. He will be very good this year and then we get one more out of him. He is a QB with a lot of weapons. Good for him. GO BENGALS!
