Broadcasts in the 2019-20 Season feature Larry Weir calling the play-by-play for the 29th year

THE best broadcast team, Larry and Paul..bar none! Can't imagine EWU Football without them, we are blessed. Thanks

Totally agree... Larry is an exceptional broadcaster. Eastern is lucky to have him as he is certainly good enough to handle events of a much larger magnitude. I'd put him up against just about any BCS-level football broadcaster. I'd make him the best in the NW, and I feel comfortable saying it as I've heard the broadcasting teams of all the D1 universities in this area.

Curious, can Eastern games be picked up on a local station on the West side? I assume you can get the coverage from Spokane, but I doubt the quality is very good. It might not be too much of an issue anymore with all of the streaming options available for both audio and video.

One other thing to note for radio junkies... Eastern links to the tuneinradio app on the goeags site. If you haven't used this app before, it is really great. You can get EVERYTHING, including broadcasts of things like soccer games from South America or Europe and cricket from India. Since most cars have Bluetooth ability these days, finding a decent sporting event on at all times of day is kind of cool if you're staring at a long road trip.

Sometimes they are picked up by a Everett station, but I can never get it to tune in. Also Paul is a guest on a Everett show I think it was on Tuesday's as a college football expert. Wish I could remember what channel.
