    We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. Hoping to get a pulse on the new coach, but it felt more like a bunch of reporters were asking the Hollywood star for dirt and drama...

I want to know what his coaching/managing style will be. Will he treat the players like employees or students? Will he treat coaches like leaders and coaches or like lunch ladies who work in the back and do what they're told? Will he be transparent or bluff his way around the media?

I was impressed with the attitude of the players towards Kramer, and coach P. You can tell they are mature young men, but to be honest that was never the impression I got from coach Kramer.
