Leath is a promising up-and-comer, as he started his coaching career with Sacramento State just two years ago and has been named to Silver Waves Media Rising Stars for Men's Mid Major Assistant Coaches list each of the past two seasons.

Congrats to Coach Lo! No doubt a big payday on hand with this move. As much as it sucks to see him go, it's a good sign that assistant coaches are getting poached for better gigs. I think we'll see him back in Sac as HC one day.
