The Flames just hired former Buffalo and Kansas coach Turner Gill.

Guess who just might be going to Liberty as OC?

Are they thinking FBS in the near future? With all the resources that school has, they should be dominating the Big South every season. Maybe this hire gets them to that point.

Yes, Jerry Jr. has said that he wants Liberty to be the Baylor of the East.
 
Great player, 25–49 as a head coach. He has to make an impact as a coach here, his name will only take him so far.

His former run game coordinator at Buffalo, who is currently coaching at UCLA. Now, I've heard nothing official or unofficial about that. It's just me putting two and two together.

That's news to me. The school has been on record for years of wanting to be for Evangelical Christians what Notre Dame is for Catholics and BYU is for Mormons. And that includes sports.
