Lillard to score 39 points in a game?

Can he score 39 in a game this year? I believe he had 27 in a game last year and in the 2 non real games so far he's had 27 and 27. I'm thinking if he gets hot one game and goes off he'll make the list. If not this yr then for sure before he graduates. It might not be an easy task given the way our team plays and moves the ball around and the unselfishness.
